Custom Software · WiseParadox · Adelaide

Software built for your business.

Fixed quotes, 2–6 week sprints. You own the code and IP.

Built by the machine, gated by a person at every decision — the first employeeless software company.

01 · What we build

Six capabilities. One fixed quote.

Every build ships the same way — machine speed, human judgement, your IP.

Product MVPs

From idea to working product in weeks — a real thing users can touch, not a slide deck.

Build our MVP

02 · How it works

Four steps to software you own.

No discovery marathons. No open-ended hourly billing.

01

Scoping call

Free, 30–45 minutes. We map the outcome you want — and whether custom software is the right tool.

02

Fixed quote

A written scope and a fixed price. You approve both before a single line of code is written.

03

Build in sprints

Two-to-six-week sprints, demoed as they land. You watch it work as it's built.

04

You own it

The code, the IP, the accounts — handed over. No lock-in, no license fees, no hostage repos.

Compare this with the typical agency path — one Adelaide agency's own published process is Discovery (2–4 weeks) then Prototype (4–6 weeks) before development begins. codium.com.au, fetched 13 Aug 2026.

03 · Proof

The estate, on the record.

Verifiable numbers from our own deploy ledger and fleet monitor — not marketing.

17features shipped to production
7servers in the fleet, all clean
4agents working right now
100%decisions gated by a person

Sourced from the deploy ledger and the fleet monitor, as recorded 12 August 2026, Adelaide time — verifiable, not marketing.

The differentiator

The first employeeless software company.

No staff to pay, no benches to fill, no account managers. The machine builds at machine speed; a person decides at every gate. You pay for the software — not the headcount.

Company positioning claim, from the founder's discovery record (12 Aug 2026). No external verification exists yet — the estate numbers above are the verifiable part.

TODO — first client, first quote

This space is reserved for real client words, with real numbers, and it will be filled the week the first client goes live. Until then, the proof is the work itself: this site was built by the machine it describes.

04 · Pricing

Priced like a product, not a payroll.

Every price confirmed in writing before work begins.

STEP 01

$99

Scoping audit

A 90-minute session and a written scope: what to build, what it costs, what it saves. Credited in full against any build.

Book the $99 audit

STEP 02 · THE DEFAULT

From $3,900

Fixed-scope sprint

One defined slice of your software, built in 2–6 weeks, fixed price confirmed in writing before work starts. This is how we price everything — no hourly meters, no surprises.

STEP 03

Quoted

Larger product builds

Multi-sprint products are priced as a sequence of fixed-scope sprints. You approve each sprint before it begins — the total never moves without your signature.

Pricing is in Australian dollars. Quotes depend on scope; every price is confirmed in writing before work begins. The $99 audit is credited against any build.

05 · The comparison

An agency. Or a machine with judgement.

Same craft. Different economics.

Typical agency
WiseParadox
You pay for a team — salaries, benches, account managers, your management time
You pay for the software. No staff overhead, ever
Time and materials, billed hourly, scope creep on you
Fixed quotes, in writing, before work starts
Months to first software — discovery and prototypes first
2–6 week sprints, demoed as they land
AI is an add-on service, bolted on later
AI-native from the first line of code
Code and IP often held by the agency
Code, IP and accounts handed to you at delivery

06 · Questions

Asked before every build.

Straight answers — the same ones you'll get on the scoping call.

What does custom software cost?

Fixed-scope sprints from $3,900. Most first deliverables land inside one 2–6 week sprint; larger products are a sequence of sprints you approve one at a time, so the total never moves without your sign-off. The $99 scoping audit is credited in full against any build.

How long does a build take?

Two to six weeks per sprint. You see working software as each sprint lands — not after months of discovery documents and prototypes.

Who owns the code and IP?

You do. The code, the IP, the accounts and the documentation are handed over at delivery. No lock-in, no license fees, no hostage repos.

What stack do you build with?

Modern, maintainable, boring where it matters: Python, Node, n8n for automation, SQLite and Postgres, vanilla JS and system fonts. This site runs on the same stack. No framework-of-the-month, no vendor lock-in.

Can you work with our existing systems?

Yes — integrations are a first-class capability. Xero, Shopify, CRMs, calendars, spreadsheets, REST APIs: we connect what you already run rather than replacing it.

Can you maintain it after launch?

Yes. Every build ships with documentation; an optional care plan keeps it running, or we hand over completely and you own it outright.

How do you handle security?

The estate runs the same discipline it sells: 7 servers, all clean, every change gated by a person, no trackers on the site, app-first delivery. Anything sensitive is scoped and confirmed in writing before work begins.

What if we don't know exactly what we need yet?

Start with the $99 scoping audit. You get a written scope — what to build, what it costs, what it saves — and it's credited against the build if you proceed. A small decision, a plain answer.
